Born and raised in Manhattan, Owner, Alessandro Uzielli was exposed to the restaurant industry at an early age. His larger than life restaurateur father, Giancarlo Uzielli, owned a handful of eateries in the City during the 1980s. In addition, Uzielli grew up dining at notable nightspots such as Elaine’s, Mortimer’s, McMullen’s and Gino’s all on New York’s upper east side.

When the opportunity to revitalize the classic La Dolce Vita presented itself, Uzielli knew he was the right man for the job. The combination of his past experience in iconic New York hotspots and desire to restore the reputation of the Beverly Hills landmark, prepared him for this undertaking. As for the interior, guests can expect a new space that reflects classic food, fine wine and fascinating Hollywood history.

With a strong team by his side, Uzielli has been able to prioritize the establishment’s esthetics and enhance the guest experience.
